We will turn in our game in about 7 hours, and I just finished the covers for the CD and the dust jacket.

For clarification purposes, all art in the game, including the game logo and team logo are not done by me.  All I did was put things in places that looked nice :)  Phil Marunowski did the Fixin’ To Fight logo.

Gold Turned In?

Yesterday was ‘technically’ our turn-in for Gold for our game, Fixin’ To Fight.  We went to school at around 3pm to talk with our EP, Jason, and show him how amazing our game was coming along.  Of course we had to joke with him first about it having a major crash that you couldn’t even enter the game… But that’s just what we do, joke around and hope no one snaps xD

Anyways, the game we showed up with got IMMENSELY better, because when we got to the Final Project room, we were given the remaining 2 bugs we had asked for, albeit slightly more delayed than we expected, but the thing that mattered was that we finally got them in the game, and it LOOKS AWESOME.

The Rush Bug looks like it could run you over, and it is colored red, which just makes it seem like it is angry at life.

The Ranged Bug just looks disgusting, it shoots goo balls from it’s back, and it wiggles kinda cute (in my eyes) before it shoots.

The Boss bug was in day or two before, with fully functioning AI for it about 2 months ago.  We just didn’t have the asset to make it distinguishable from the other bugs.

All in all, our game makes me proud to be at Full Sail, and proud to be part of Killer Flaming Marshmallows :)
